Terms of use

Effective August 1, 2026. These terms govern use of 51Guanxi, a service operated by Shadstone Limited.

Operator and acceptance

Shadstone Limited, Ajeltake Road, Ajeltake Island, Majuro, Republic of the Marshall Islands, MH 96960, operates 51Guanxi. By using the service, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Notice. If you use a workspace for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to act for it.

Approved access

Use is limited to identities authorized through GFAVIP Wallet or the supported legacy sign-in path and approved by a 51Guanxi administrator. Users are responsible for protecting their identity-provider sessions and connected sender accounts.

Relationship-first use

51Guanxi is intended for known or historical relationships. Users must not use it to scrape contacts, upload unlawfully obtained data, evade suppressions, or conduct deceptive, abusive, or unauthorized outreach.

Human responsibility

Users remain responsible for reviewing relationship context, enrichment proposals, recipient eligibility, campaign content, approvals, and applicable legal obligations. A list or segment does not itself create permission to contact someone.

Agent limits

Authorized agents may use only the supported read and narrowly scoped audited contact-management tools. Attempts to bypass approval, credential, sending, suppression, organization-boundary, or destructive-action controls are prohibited.

Availability and changes

Shadstone Limited may maintain, change, limit, or discontinue features and may suspend access reasonably necessary to protect people, data, the service, or legal compliance. Where practical, material changes to these terms will be announced through the service or its support channel.

Service disclaimer

51Guanxi is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by applicable law. Shadstone Limited does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, the accuracy of imported or enriched contact information, outreach results, or that use of the service alone satisfies a user's legal obligations. Nothing in these terms limits a warranty or responsibility that applicable law does not permit Shadstone Limited to exclude.

Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Shadstone Limited is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising from use of the service. Users remain responsible for their data, instructions, approvals, connected sender accounts, messages, and decisions. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Marshall Islands. Before starting formal proceedings, the parties should attempt in good faith to resolve a dispute through support@51guanxi.com. Subject to rights that cannot be waived, disputes are submitted to the competent courts of the Republic of the Marshall Islands.
