Trust and data
Privacy notice
Effective August 1, 2026. This notice explains how Shadstone Limited operates 51Guanxi and handles relationship-workspace data.
Operator
51Guanxi is operated by Shadstone Limited, Ajeltake Road, Ajeltake Island, Majuro, Republic of the Marshall Islands, MH 96960. Privacy and account requests can be sent to support@51guanxi.com.
What the service stores
Depending on workspace use, 51Guanxi may store account identity, contact details, relationship notes, lists, assignments, import provenance, reviewed enrichment suggestions, campaign drafts, recipient eligibility, delivery records, Gmail connection metadata, outcomes, and security or audit events.
Why the data is used
The service uses this information to operate an approved relationship workspace, restore historical context, improve data quality, prepare and review relevant outreach, protect access, honor contact preferences, and record human-confirmed outcomes. Workspace operators are responsible for ensuring that information they add or use was obtained lawfully and is appropriate for these purposes.
GFAVIP and authorized agents
GFAVIP Wallet provides human and agent identity. New local identities require 51Guanxi administrator approval. Approved agents may use narrowly scoped, audited contact and relationship-list tools. Agent access does not expose sending, campaign approvals, Gmail credential management, destructive merges, or suppression deletion.
Gmail access
When an operator connects Gmail, the current integration requests send-only access and does not request inbox-reading permission. Sender access is separate from GFAVIP sign-in and can be disconnected in application settings.
Service providers
51Guanxi uses GFAVIP Wallet for identity and access validation and Railway for application hosting and PostgreSQL database infrastructure. If a human operator connects a sender, Google provides the Gmail send-only integration. When an approved enrichment or duplicate-analysis feature is enabled, relevant submitted contact context may be processed by xAI. These providers process information only for the service functions configured by Shadstone Limited or the workspace operator and under their applicable terms.
Retention and deletion
General contact and relationship records are retained for up to five years after the last meaningful relationship activity or workspace use, unless they are deleted sooner or must be kept longer for a documented legal, security, contractual, or opt-out purpose. Uncommitted import and agent batch previews expire after 24 hours. Privacy-minimized agent access and contact-change records are retained for 90 days. Legacy SSO telemetry is aggregate-only and retained for 90 days. Immutable administrator security events are retained for at least two years.
To prevent unwanted re-contact, 51Guanxi keeps only the minimal active suppression record needed to honor an opt-out for as long as the opt-out remains applicable. This may include a workspace and contact reference or normalized email, the suppression reason, and timestamps. Suppression records are not used for outreach.
Verified deletion requests are acknowledged within one month and normally completed within two months. Data already present in backups is removed as those backups leave normal retention, within one year of completion of the primary-system deletion, unless a documented legal or security hold applies.
Access, correction, and deletion
You may ask about personal data associated with you, request correction, or request deletion through the account deletion process. Shadstone Limited verifies identity and workspace authority before changing records. Shared records, security history, and active suppression records may be restricted, reassigned, anonymized, or retained where deletion would undermine another person's rights, security, an opt-out, or a documented obligation.
Contact
Questions or requests can be sent to support@51guanxi.com. Do not include passwords, Wallet tokens, Gmail credentials, or sensitive contact exports in email.
