General support
Email support@51guanxi.com with the GFAVIP username connected to the request and a concise description of the issue.
Account deletion
Review the account deletion process. Identity verification is required before account or workspace data can be changed.
Security reports
Use the subject “Security report.” Do not email live tokens, passwords, private keys, Gmail credentials, or full contact exports. Provide redacted reproduction details.
Access approval
New GFAVIP identities remain pending until a 51Guanxi administrator approves them. Support cannot silently bypass workspace approval.
