# 51Guanxi

51Guanxi is a warm-relationship reactivation workspace for known and historical
contacts. It is not the GFA cold-outreach product.

Agents authenticate with a GFAVIP Wallet bearer token following
https://wallet.gfavip.com/docs/headless-sso. 51Guanxi validates the token with
Wallet on every request, preserves Wallet's human/AI account classification,
and returns agent owner/squad context from /api/auth/validate when supplied.
New local identities remain pending until a 51Guanxi administrator approves
access. Multi-organization identities must send X-51Guanxi-Organization;
an ambiguous request returns the caller's available organizations. Read tools
search people, read relationship context, and inspect campaign
drafts. Organization operators may also preview and idempotently create batches
of up to 25 people, update allow-listed person fields, record evidence-backed
relationship events, propose enrichment, manage relationship-list membership,
assign owners, and add notes. Administrators can review masked 90-day change
summaries, correct records, reversibly archive mistakes, and export a daily CSV.
Agent sending, Gmail credential management, campaign creation or approval,
destructive merges, contact deletion, and suppression deletion are intentionally
unavailable.

## Safety contract
- Relationships are warm or historical; cold outreach belongs in Onboard.
- A list is context, not permission to send.
- Campaigns require an immutable recipient snapshot and human approval.
- Suppressions and contactability are checked before queueing and sending.
- Production transmission is disabled unless explicitly enabled by operators.
